IrfanView to Flickr

I use most excellent IrfanView as my everyday image viewer and even editor for smaller tasks. I also have account on Flickr. Unfortunately, there’s no way of sending currently viewed pic from IV to Flickr. Or, to be more precise there’s no menu option for it. However, if you have Flickr Uploadr installed here are simple steps to achieve same result:

• Open pic in IrfanView
• From menu bar select Options->Properties/Settings
• In “Set external editors” section click “Browse” and navigate to Flickr Uploadr executable (usually C:\Program Files\Flickr Uploadr\Flickr Uploadr.exe)
• Click “OK” button which would dismiss the dialog
• Now simply select File->Open with external editor->Editor 1 and that will bring Flickr Uploadr with your pic selected.
